Shopoli.com can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping is via the US Postal Service unless other services are requested.
Returns Policy, Shopoli.com Site
Within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any item, for any reason, for a full refund*. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Shopoli.com. We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in used/un-sellable condition or are missing parts will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Shopoli.com does not imply, express or offer any warranties or guarantees on our merchandise, other than the manufacturers warranty. Shopoli.com does not imply or set market value prices on the collectible merchandise we sell nor do we guarantee the market value of merchandise purchased.
*Dreamers Candles - Wholesale/Dealer - Special Orders - Quantity Discounts: Dreamers Candles "case purchases", wholesale/dealer purchases, special orders and quantity discount purchases from Shopoli.com are NOT subject to return or refund.
Note: Merchandise returned, that does not meet the above conditions, will not be accepted for refund or exchange. This merchandise will be held for up to 10 business days after notification by Shopoli.com to original recipient/returnee. The cost to re-ship unaccepted merchandise must be pre-paid by the original recipient before re-shipment. A $10.00 service charge will be assessed for all re-shipments. Shopoli.com is not responsible for refund or replacement of merchandise outside of these conditions. Shopoli.com retains the rights to destroy or resell the unaccepted returned merchandise after the 10 day notification period with no further obligation to the original recipient/returnee.

a Gift? Lost Your Packing Slip? If you are returning a gift, please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, include the packing slip with the item you are returning, wrap the package securely and ship the package to the appropriate address below. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number or the e-mail address and name of the person who purchased this order, along with the reason for your return on a separate piece of paper, and send the package to the address below:

Returns Policy, On-line Auctions
Occasionally, Shopoli.com will post merchandise on eBay or other on-line auction sites for sell. Due to the nature of an on-line auction, returns will only be accepted within 10 calendar days if the merchandise is received with a factory defect. We'll even refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
*Item must be in new, as received, condition with original packaging and accessories.
*The buyer is responsible for filing all claims against lost or damaged merchandise with the shipping carrier.
